What came in, what went out, what’s left — as sales happen, stock decreases automatically and you get alerted when it reaches a critical level.
The POSVERA inventory module connects sales and stock. For recipe-based products (for example, how many grams of minced meat are in one portion of meatballs), raw materials are deducted automatically as sales are made; when you perform a count, a discrepancy report is generated. Products that fall to critical levels trigger alerts, and the process is completed with purchasing and supplier records.

Can I track inventory without a recipe?
Yes. In businesses like markets/stores, products are deducted directly from inventory; recipes are only for production businesses.
How can I see the discrepancy found in a stock count?
When a stock count is entered, the system reports the difference between the expected stock and the counted stock item by item.
Can I track cost and profit margin?
Yes. Portion cost is calculated using recipes and purchase prices; the margin is reported based on the selling price.
Can there be more than one warehouse?
Warehouse definitions and transfer movements between warehouses are supported.
