Terms of Service

By using Posvera services, you agree to the following terms.

Provider: Bertuğ Bilişim Teknolojileri – Orhan Gündoğdu (Posvera), Körfez/Kocaeli, Türkiye · info@posvera.com

1. Service: Posvera provides desktop and cloud-based POS software, e-invoicing, mobile apps and integrations.

2. Account: You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

3. Licensing & Pricing: The Posvera POS v1 desktop software is a lifetime (one-time) license; other apps and modules are yearly subscriptions. Payments are processed via PayTR. VAT (20% in Turkey) applies.

4. Cancellation: You can cancel a yearly subscription anytime and retain access until the end of the current period. Withdrawal terms for digital goods are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement.

5. Liability: Service is provided without guarantee of uninterrupted operation; force majeure and third-party issues are excluded.

6. Jurisdiction: Consumer Arbitration Committees/Consumer Courts for consumer transactions; otherwise Kocaeli (Körfez) Courts.
