Do I need to print a customer card for loyalty?
No. The customer can be identified by phone number; if you prefer, you can also use a physical card.
Are campaigns applied automatically at checkout?
Yes. When the rule conditions you define are met, the discount is automatically reflected in the bill.
Where is the gift card balance stored?
The balance is stored in the system; the card only serves as identification, so even if it is lost, the balance is not lost.
Can I measure the return on a campaign?
Yes. Discount, coupon, and campaign usages appear as separate lines in reports.
