View table reservations on the calendar; mark no-shows, and don’t leave tables empty during busy hours.
Writing reservations in a notebook can lead to empty tables or double bookings on busy evenings. In the POSVERA reservation module, it is visible which table is reserved, at what time, and for how many people; when the customer arrives, the bill is opened from the same table, no-show reservations are marked as "no-show," and the table is released.

Yes. The reserved table is marked separately on the floor plan; staff won't accidentally assign that table.
How do I track a no-show customer?
When the reservation expires, it is marked as "no-show" and appears in reports.

Reservations are managed via the POS and dashboard; collecting requests through a QR menu/web flow is planned.
