The POSVERA delivery screen brings together orders received by phone, placed through the QR menu, and coming in from online platforms in a single list. The customer’s address and order history are shown on the card. You assign the order to a courier; the courier’s Android app sends instant updates for picked up/delivered, and delayed orders are highlighted at the top of the list.

Is the courier app sold separately?
Posvera Courier is a separate Android app and is added to your license; it works together with the courier screen in the POS.
Can I identify the customer who is calling?
Yes. With the Caller ID module, when the phone rings, the customer's name, address, and recent orders appear on the screen.
Do Yemeksepeti/Getir orders also come here?
When online platform integrations are enabled, orders appear on the same screen and are turned into tickets.
Can I reconcile with the courier?
Collections and the number of delivered orders on the courier are reported; reconciliation is performed at the end of the day.
