Do I need a separate program for e-Document?
No. e-Document is integrated into POSVERA; the document is generated automatically together with the sale.
How does credit work?
Credit is used per document. You purchase 100/500/1000 packs and your balance decreases as you use them; you can see your remaining balance in the panel.
Is e-Invoice or e-Archive issued?
The correct document type is determined automatically based on the buyer’s taxpayer status.
How do I access my past documents?
From Panel > e-Document screen, you can search all documents, view them, download the PDF, or print them.
How do I activate e-Document?
Your e-Document account is defined by us. When you contact us, it is activated shortly and you can load credit.
